5. Returns, Exchanges, and Credit Notes

  • We do not accept returns on any items.
  • If an item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange or a credit note for the value of the damaged item.
  • To qualify for an exchange or credit note, you must:
    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
    • Return the damaged item to us (postage to be paid by the customer).
  • Once we receive the damaged item, we will issue either an exchange of the same value (subject to availability) or a credit note for future purchases.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

1. Introduction
By booking a tarot reading with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to clarify the nature of our services and protect both the reader and the client.

2. Nature of Services
All tarot readings provided by Tarot with a Twist are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following a reading.

3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a reading. If you are under 18, you must have written parental or guardian consent.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments must be made in advance via bank transfer, paypal, or payment link sent via email.
  • Refunds are not provided once a reading has been completed. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. Confidentiality
All readings are private and confidential. Your personal information and reading details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Code of Conduct

  • I reserve the right to refuse a reading to anyone who is disrespectful, aggressive, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • If a reading is disrupted due to inappropriate behavior, it will be terminated without a refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer
Tarot with a Twist is not responsible for any decisions made based on a tarot reading. All guidance is offered in good faith, and it is up to the client to interpret and act upon it responsibly.
