How do I know if my crystal is genuine?

We source all our crystals from trusted suppliers and ensure that they are 100% natural unless otherwise stated (such as aura-coated stones). We do not sell synthetic or dyed crystals unless clearly specified.

Do you offer custom orders or special requests?

Yes, we do offer custom orders. Please contact us here and we can create something beautiful that you will enjoy.

How should I cleanse and charge my crystals?

Crystals can be cleansed using various methods, such as smudging with sage, placing them in moonlight, or using selenite plates. Some crystals, like Selenite, do not require cleansing. Be sure to research specific cleansing methods for each stone, as some may be sensitive to water or sunlight.

Do you offer tracking for orders?

Do you accept returns?

Can I exchange an item if I change my mind?

Yes, exchanges are possible for non-damaged items, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping cost to send another item out again. The item must be in its original condition, and we recommend using First Class Signed For shipping. Please contact us using this online form.
